Bolton, Peer Excellence and LexisNexis Awards Nomination Process Open
April 26, 2018, is the deadline for submission of nominations for the Bolton Award, the Peer Excellence Award, and the LexisNexis Community & Educational Outreach Awards. The Bolton Award is given each year to an individual who epitomizes professional excellence at his/her bar and as a NABE member. The Peer Excellence Award will be presented to a NABE member who has demonstrated support for the organization and its members through significant contributions.  It is not necessary to be an executive director or other chief staff executive to receive either of these awards and unsuccessful prior nominations for the Bolton Award submitted within the last two years will be reconsidered. The NABE/LexisNexis Community and Educational Outreach Awards are presented to bar associations and their associated foundations for innovation and effectiveness in public service and law-related education programs conducted to advance the general public. State, local, national, and specialty/special focus bars in the U.S. and Canada are encouraged to apply.  The Peer Excellence Award and LexisNexis Awards will be presented at the NABE Annual Meeting in Chicago on August 2, and the Bolton Award will be presented at the NCBP/NABE/NCBF joint meeting on August 3.  For more information and to submit a nomination for any of these awards, visit the NABE awards page.
