Reminder: Proposed Amendments to NABE Bylaws
This is a reminder of proposed amendments to the NABE Bylaws.  The amendments, if approved, will (1) remove language which may limit membership in NABE to bar executives from associations from within the United States in Article II; and (2) add the NABE immediate past president as a member of the NABE Board of Directors in Articles V and VI.  See the proposed amendments at http://www.nabenet.org/?2016JulyBylaws. The amendments will be voted on at the upcoming NABE Membership Luncheon and Business Meeting on Thursday, August 4, 2016, 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Continental Ballroom 5, San Francisco Hilton. Questions about the proposals may be directed to 2016-17 Bylaws Committee Chair Tony Weiler at tony@sband.org.  See more on the amendments here.
