Virtual conferences and events do not have to be boring. Think about ways to go beyond the Zoom talking heads and replicate the joy of coming together with these tips on delighting your members that have an element of surprise and some old-fashioned touch points. While members may not require a map to the conference center and its amenities, you still need to prepare them for what to expect at your cyber event. Dress Pants Optional: The Remote Office is Here to Stay
This Conference Board survey reports that 83% of professional service organizations expect to see an increase in employees working from home post-COVID-19. To help you be more prepared as this temporary fix turns into a new reality, check out the guidance offered by Inc. on how to effectively manage remote staff while avoiding micro-management.
